A landmark agreement between the U.S. government and two of the world’s top chipmakers – NVIDIA and AMD – has created a new framework for semiconductor trade with China.
Under the deal, the companies will share 15% of their China AI chip sales revenue with Washington, a move reshaping the balance between national security, market access, and global technology leadership.
