- Jenny started her career at ASAT HK (now acquired by UTAC Group) in Hong Kong and China, where she led critical semiconductor packaging programs such as Flip-Chip, POP, QFN, and thin wafer technologies, ensuring product quality met customer standards through tight project control and cross-functional execution. From 2002 to 2008, she managed technical and customer-facing operations for major clients including NVIDIA, Infineon Technologies, Texas Instruments, PMC-Sierra is now Microsemi, Agilent Technologies, Avago Technologies, and Microchip Technology Inc., while establishing a new Customer Engineering Team during the factory relocation to Dongguan.
- Jenny Ng’s success is deeply rooted in the mentorship she received from two influential semiconductor leaders. She was guided by Nelson FAN, VP of Business Development at ASMPT Ltd, whose two-decade career includes senior roles in engineering and manufacturing at ASATHK Ltd and CT ELECTRONICS LTD, and Peter Tin, a hands-on expert with 20+ years in technology integration, quality management, and Lean Six Sigma across startups and multinationals.
- After leaving ASAT HK, Jenny joined Traxon Technologies Ltd (an OSRAM Company) as a Project Manager in Hong Kong. There, she led projects for the first-generation OSRAM LED downlight range.
- When she moved to Singapore, she founded INNOTAQ PTE LTD, introducing high-potential lighting technologies to Southeast Asia and connecting innovative solutions with real estate developers, architects, and consultants. The company focuses on business consulting for developers and designers, with lighting technologies as a key specialty where she advised on design, planning, and installation.
